Pre-Show Planning

As part of your pre-show planning,
Cargo Solutions, Inc. will:

• Determine a load plan based on projected inventory using state-of-the-art load planning software
• Assign the safest and most cost-effective mode of transport- Exclusive Use Vehicle,
  Less than Truck Load (LTL), Load-to-Ride (LTR) or Air
• Verify booth number and identify potential floor plan changes by show management
• Review show information sheets, bill of ladings (BOLS) and address labels for accuracy
• Confirm delivery deadlines and marshalling yard locations in general contractor’s fact sheets
• Verify on-site labor company and/or exhibiting representative contacts
