MOVE-IN EXPERTISE
Cargo Solutions, Inc. will provide on-site staff representatives to guarantee a successful move-in of your entire inventory. You can depend on Cargo Solutions, Inc. to:

• Confirm each driver’s check-in time and number at the marshalling yard
• Coordinate multiple truck deliveries with marshalling yard and specify order of trucks sent to docks for off-loading (in order of flooring, booth structure, product, etc.)
• Establish contact with general contractor’s dock supervisors
• Supervise off-loading
• Confirm completion of delivery with installation company and client
  

MOVE-OUT EXPERTISE
Even when the show is over, we stay on the job- working efficiently with industry partners until the last crate is labeled and loaded. Rely on Cargo Solutions, Inc. to:

• Establish contact with dismantling crew and dock supervisors
• Confirm move-out deadlines with the general contractor on the floor (frequent changes occur)
• Confirm driver check-in time and number at the marshalling yard
• Review shipment destinations and bill of lading preparation with dismantling staff
• Implement load plan adjustments resulting from destination changes, additions and deletions
  
• React quickly to truck overflow requirements
• Coordinate proper completion and submission of bill of ladings to the exhibitors services desk
• Verify piece counts and proper address labeling with dismantling crew
• Supervise loading
• Perform floor checks to ensure all inventory is loaded
• Confirm completion of loading and move-out with client
